Requirements
- Applicants should hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized University.
- Applicants must have at least three years of work experience, or graduated with a merit or better at their undergraduate level.
- Exceptions to above conditions would be considered on a case by case basis.
The Master of Arts in Human Resource Management is specifically aimed to equip human resource managers with the strategic skills necessary to effectively meet complex and dynamic challenges in managing today’s workforce. The program provides students with an in depth understanding and working application of strategies essential to the effective management of organizations, with specialization in human resource functions.
Program Structure
The program has a total of fourteen (14) courses. Students will be required to take four courses in each of the first three semesters (stages), and will be required to undertake a dissertation in the final semester (stage).
Mode of Study: The program is offered in the Evening, and on Open and Distance Learning modes of study.
